QUOTE(kennywee92 @ Dec 7 2012, 12:03 AM)
Not sure if the handbrake need to be adjusted but you can do service and complain anything together. Shouldn't be a problem smile.gif
*

Then whats the diff between 1st & 2nd gear with reverse?

Plz allow me to share something: This is how you park your car at hill. Facing up or downhill, Manual or Auto Transmission.

For those that is using rear drum brake, the normal handbrake range is 5 to 7 clicks. So if when you pull the handbrake, it is within the range, then three is nothing wrong with your handbrake. However some people will think the lesser they pull for their handbrake, the better their handbrake is which I don't really agree.
*
i'll count later. hahaha.. I dont like if the handbrake punya handle more that 45 degree..below that ok.

QUOTE(mengsuan @ Dec 7 2012, 12:31 PM)
JPJ/Puspakom rule is 2 clicks.

Wah, 32 bit ECU so fragile? . rclxub.gif
*
yet to know why it happened. Blaming the ECU alone is not fair. maybe it got something to do with my driving style that override the default setting program in the ECU.
i dont know.

QUOTE(mengsuan @ Dec 16 2012, 09:25 AM)
Just an unfortunate case. So many of us is using 32 bit ECU. I'm trashing it by intercepting signals too, not fragile
*
agreed. I'm just unfortunate. What do u mean by the bold statement?

QUOTE(ckdenion @ Dec 16 2012, 09:42 AM)
ask them wad is wrong wif it actually...thn let us knw here...bcz it happen to u suddenly...
*
Will do. on early report after they diagnose my car, the computer generate an error code something like "JW179xxxx" and the technician wrote "Engine and Key Immobilizer mismatched". something like that.
I'll be asking for further details regarding the problem.

You drive harshly? Hmmm. Engine & key immobilizer mismatch explains why you can't start your car. One of my friend gotta fix the car immobilizer because he can't start the car. Not sure if it's the ECU faulty because he didn't mention anything about ECU though. Hmm
*
drive harshly? mmm..can say that cz i always change gear at high RPM (5500 - 6000) and mostly high speed 110kmph above. I really abuse the car, not manja-manja drive one.
about the mismatched thing, thats what i read on the service paper, the actual cause still unknown.
