Hi all, I am driving a manual persona. One thing I don't understand, everytime when I am shifting the gear, I left the accelerator pedal completely, and press the clutch, the RPM will goes up before drop down. Is it normal? The sound is very annoying to me =_=

Taking my dad old wira as reference, it don't have such problem everytime I press the clutch.

I seen it before on a Persona at Kelana Jaya. It quite spoils the look of the car, and it doesn't look like it protects much either. I saw water / dirt spray stains over the sides.
