im not sure regarding of that...cz previously i changed HU first...but i will recommend to change spk first...by changing d HU, it will sound worse than the stock HU. the blaupunkt stock HU is already nicely paired with the blaupunkt spk. in this case i will recommend u to change spk first...then only wait to change HU.

im using german maestro btw n price include installation is near 1k...jz the front set...rear spk is stock n i pan everything to front as stage music...sth like tat...

The blaupunkt HU is better than expected. Rm500 is not really that high even for entry level ICE. Coincidently, me and Denion is using the same speaker and setup. German Maestro concept. The front speaker + tweeter only. The sound is very very nice. But the cost is approx 1k.

The reason to change speaker first is that even if your HU output is high, your speaker output is low. So no point. If can of coz get all.

I don't really need all those bass. If I really wanna get also I will get an active sub. But I heard cannot fit? You got amp edi ah? The audio soundproofing need 1k also. Haven't count the road noise full car soundproofing.

Do you change your HU too like Denion too? Ya, Blaupunkt HU consider quite good among the stock HU.

Personally I feel that the sound is not wide enough, by changing the speaker will improve?

What size of the rear speaker you all install? need to modify to fit in right? guess my old 6x9 speaker cannot use in my PE already...

if u dun wan sacrifice rear boot space, then c can find those active sub that can fit in...i install amp together wif spk...

That time I go EA Howie show me the sub is not really take up space. Hmm, I haven't got an amp and HU yet. I think I will just dump the idea of getting sub. Bcoz HU is powerful but your speaker no power. So Howie recommend me change speaker first. At first only aim for entry level which is alpha. Then after listen, ended up kena poison by the concept.

I no help meh? I get no profit from this bulk leh. Somemore have to spend time and petrol money to go post your things.

for city drive, i dun feel the big different in smoothness if compared wif Petron...
then try cruising it at 110km/h-120km/h on highway, it has big difference in terms of smoothness...acceleration wise it is slightly better than Petron.

achieve d best fc using BHP... 6.3L/100km for 2nd tank...
Petron&Caltex d best i can get is 6.5L/100km...of course still cant beat Zeng punya 1.5L/100km

HU quite standard at 50W output rating...d thing is features of HU n the band of EQ...
mine one only got 5 band which is quite standard...

Nope. I am using stock HU. Stock rear speaker is powerful enuf somehow. So we only change front speaker. Front is 4'' if not mistaken. The different will be someone singing in front of you and someone singing behind of you. So front is more recommended.
