Ya, mind to share what speaker you change? Without change the HU, and additional Amp, do we have any choice?

depends on ur budget.got many choice of speakers to choose even without changing d HU n adding amp.if dun wan change HU,u can get those normal speakers like pioneer,alpine,nakamichi...those r d lower ends one.if u hv d budget n wanna go for better sq,thn get those rockford,dominations,german maestro...etc...

Thanks for the info. May I know which brand you install and cost how much? Is the result good?

Reason I ask this, due to I have my Pioneer HU 50w, Alpine Tweeter and Denon 6x9 3 way speaker from my Wira. When I try to install the tweeter to my PE, seems to be too soft until cannot hear. Right after I look at the stock speaker only rated 20w, that's why I wonder if I just change the speaker, can the HU able to drive and push out the good result? My those speaker are rated on 80w ~ 120w, previously I used it without amp, and the sound is really satisfied!

If not, then better I wait until the HU kong, then only change whole set.

im not sure regarding of that...cz previously i changed HU first...but i will recommend to change spk first...by changing d HU, it will sound worse than the stock HU. the blaupunkt stock HU is already nicely paired with the blaupunkt spk. in this case i will recommend u to change spk first...then only wait to change HU.

im using german maestro btw n price include installation is near 1k...jz the front set...rear spk is stock n i pan everything to front as stage music...sth like tat...

Budget? Maybe about RM500, but most importantly is worth to invest or not? I mean the cost & the result of changing it. Hope those user who have changed can share some experience...

I guest the result can't compare with entry level Pioneer HU (those around RM300 +), as the output is quite high. I just worry the stock HU output is too low, so not worth to invest on changing speaker.

Well, is just my point of view, it could be wrong....

for RM500, you can get a good component set for front speakers with tweeter...
our stock HU is gooding ald..

The blaupunkt HU is better than expected. Rm500 is not really that high even for entry level ICE. Coincidently, me and Denion is using the same speaker and setup. German Maestro concept. The front speaker + tweeter only. The sound is very very nice. But the cost is approx 1k.
