Guys, anyone know the price of the 16gb or 32gb memcard at sony store?? Wanna compare it to the price on lowyat forums

4GB: MYR 79
8GB: MYR 99
16GB: MYR 189
32GB: MYR 309

I've gone there before and the price is alwyas cheaper on lowyat forum. Everything has always been cheaper on Lowyat forum to be exact.

He is gonna use it as a tablet. He is attracted because of the screen, ermm about prawn not so sure lol!

Not so sure, but those are from the official Sony website.
Price might be lower of course.

rm250 is from sellers over here, doubt that you'll get the same price from sony centre.

but the price differences too huge..sony want to rob us meh?

It's really a big issue and the reason why people hasn't bought a Vita yet.
Sony is dumb in this one. They should let the mmc be cheap as those who buys the bigger mmc will surely buy more games digitally, but instead......

Lol tablet ah? Tak puas la with vita screen size. Better of getting a nexus 7 for that if he wants cheap tablet, it comes with international warranty so Asus Malaysia will repair it for you even if you get the overseas set unlike our Vita here. But if his main desire is to game then that Vita purchase would be more justified .

He doesn't like the big screen one. He has an iPad and rarely uses it.
You sure about Asus MY repairing overseas set? Because mine is from Google Play store, that will come in handy.
He is a PC gamer, I might poison him in the future

Nexus 7 screen size is around 7 inch I think, dont think its that big to me. A tad heavy for me but my wife said it's just nice, personal preference no biggie .
People are saying in the forum that the warranty is international so Asus Malaysia will take it, mine is Malaysian set though.

Fits just fine for me as well. I have a Nexus 7 too. Oh that is good, might claim next time if any problem.

If PS Vita ever becomes a phone, i'll throw all my phone away for good. Wondering why Sony never wanted this too happen.
I know they want to focus on gaming but still phone functionality would be wonderful!

Battery life would be an issue though.

Well probably because of the battery? Even with gaming and wifi we can only have the battery last around 3-4 hours. Imagine if it has phone function as well. The battery might die even faster. Plus Sony has there experia line to think about.

Up the battery juice. I'm sure it's possible but might be a bit heavy as a result.

i know this question must have been asked many time but lets say i get PlayPlus and download a free game that is valid from nov to dec 31. so after dec 31 i wont be able to access the game? meaning the game is still in the library but just that i am unable to access it?

If u go for ps+ and download the free game, you'll get to keep the game even after the period ends. So its yours forever... Provided that you keep your subscription active. So as long as you keep paying them RM125 a year for (MyPSN example) you get the play the game.
