Dev kit is for developer only device. The one who want to create apps and games for the vita. So, basically it is not for sale.

It has trophies..since it's free, there's no platinum; only gold is the highest..

No. Please read read the whole discussion on this page and the previous page. It's just a developers kit Vita.

My guess if Sony is ever going to release a new one it will be on 2014, not this year.
Sales are really not good for the Vita and bringing a new one will make the old one price so low.
Retailers won't be happy about this. Sony will probably announce a price cut this year.
They will see the Vita numbers growing and start to make the 2nd gen after they announce the price drop.

dn worry, if its 4G means it is confirm just a fake rumor coz only few country got 4G~ malaysia tarak~ even in US also not fully 4G~ but japan definitely got~

Malaysia already got 4G already since new year for Maxis customer.
I'm posting now on 4G with my Lumia 920. But coverage only in some area for now.

It might cost more and Sony don't wanna risk that. We can actually use hdmi out already using the accesorries slot, but Sony hasn't release the thing yet.
