how to overcome fearness when..., contact lens user plz?

 erm... first opne yours eyes big big lar  then... when you wanna put in the lens, try not to focus on the lens, look far... focus on the mirror or anything else, just try not to look at the lens... then slot in the lens... walla! that's how I get over the problem |
