Its a sea server as the server located in singapore but no ip blocking implemented meaning that any player from any country can join to play.
So yes that someone can play with anybody

just like what blackspade said.... based on CBT, no ip blocking since i can play RO2 during CBT (i'm in UK atm) hopefully eventhough later pretty sure there'll be other english server, SEA server still won't blocking foreign ips

Honestly my opinion, they should.... i still cant forgive what nexon us and eu said to me when i request our community to play mabinogi and vindictus.... n i still cant forgive what our malaysian community do when i said lets request them to unblock us....

Philippines, US and EU will have their own version soon. Personally I don't mind the foreigners joining unless they start to spam the public chat with non-English chat

pure str warrior? (well knight would not go for pure str thats for sure) i am one in cbt and i manage to hit lvl 30 in around 2-3 days

lol ya i played as pure str before this. becom really taufu but the kill rate not much better than any other class.
the stat feel diff from RO so im still in process of grasping what stat should be up 1st.

i fell more irritates when someone talk malay in mmo than other language although im malay....idk why

same i feel really annoyed when people talk in chinese or malay in game. Its like they dont respect other people
