I don't get whats all the hype about this game just because its Ragnarok 2, bad graphics, moderate gameplay that feels like infused anime wow-clone. This game might be worth your time in the 09's. Now with all the mess
with the pathetic server issues i doubt this game can even last a few months.. Most players play this for nostalgia, but all it leaves is a sour aftertaste to this beloved franchise.

iinm, ro1 only got chaos server 1st, then only came out loki server.

+1 to ur point. asiasoft really never learn. all they mind is still $$$.

just now able to login, and the server have been wiped.

Cannot expect much. Few factors caused it to face server issue:

1) Super popular franchise where a lot players will come back for the nostalgia feel. A lot of MMORPG players started out with RO1

2) The server has no IP block which means everyone from anywhere can login which means they need to be able to support world wide audience

3) They may not allocate enough bandwidth during OB which causes their login server to crash

For me, it is acceptable for such crash to happen or extreme lag. Even big international titles with good IDC also face such issues.

What pisses people off is they delay the OB date by 1 week. The only way to compensate for this is they give out free items that is useful. Please dont give out some HP pots

This remind me in the early RO, the server so crowded (server Chaos almost 7k player in the game) causing hard to enter the game + lag.

No ip block? Wtf unacceptable. It's SEA region but no ip block. Nowadays all games got ip block thanks to china gold farmers. It's a common thing now. Their old games all got ip block la..

Actually cbt is also like open for all. I have no problem at all. Most other games I played don't have such lame thing la. They don't change date of obt. They have problem they fix it till its solved.

So far i didn't see any news or mention that it got IP block. So i only assume the whole world will login their server since this is the first English server.

IP block doesnt really block gold farmers due to VPN bypass. Gold farmers could already be logging in their RO2 with their mass accounts trying to level up and farm gold who knows lol

This is what i assume only what contributes to the server login crash

Yeap, changing OBT date is the lamest thing to do not to mention all their advertising gone down the drain when they were promoting 27th Dec

But the thing is no matter what, fools like us will still login their game during 3rd January

So stupid la this co, worser than gameflier. Better play other game.

I'm pretty sure everyone is facing this issue right now. lol

Wew, lucky stil got many of people accompany me with this issue.. huh.. not my computer or connection problem..
