i vote for the Tamron 18-270 VC PZD version, if u really into third party choices...but for the price i can get nikon 18-200mm lens, plus nikon are pro optics manufacturer, knowing the best optics for the camera
stick with the 18-105 kit lens, its very good edi..you need 200mm end? just walk a few step foward you will compensate the lack in zoom rage dah! XD |

what is a comparable canon lens that is just as good as the Nikon 18-105mm lens? wanna buy new lens aswell.

Tamron lenses that are reviewed to have awesome optics and good IQ have SP code on them. Like Tamron SP AF 70-300mm VC Lens have great reviews for being a great budget telephoto zoom lens.
Tamron AF 18-270mm Di II VC PZD has no SP on it but has great reviews about it being a good travel lens. |
