QUOTE(chuahcs79 @ Nov 22 2012, 05:58 PM) yea V2 at wireless N 300Mbps , the ping is as low as the Lan cable too bro,Added on November 22, 2012, 6:00 pm your case is very easy to trouble shoot, just bring your Combination Setup to other area, if u are still getting 2.5Mbps same speed, something is wrong with your device or your sim QoS i can confirm my sim not QOS same area direct plug to USB easy hit 10mbps.. same place plug to router...become suck 2,5mbps max can get.. if use cable connect to router max speed 3.5mbps.. thus wireless card and wifi setting no effect.... thus is now on router setting + MF680 compatibility issue.. but strange i follow all exactly but still the same >_< |

QUOTE(chuahcs79 @ Nov 22 2012, 06:13 PM) you should try to tweak your zte mf680 to -> 26/27tx or if you adventures enough like me can tweak to 33tx Tweaking tx i dont i will try cos i running it 24/7 and it very hot... then openwrt under wifi select G only and also plug in your computer use MDMA to tweak your zte mf680 on UMTS2100/GSM900& 1800 band config then try again I seldom close my pc and modem unless power trip... My modem feel lembik lembik now.....cos too hot.... I will try second option.. But third option ...if my lled alway on purple...should that consider fine? |

QUOTE(chuahcs79 @ Nov 22 2012, 06:29 PM) nope, seriously all DC-HSPA+ modem is really very hot inside on the panel heatsink,.. if u open up all cover, u will know it is all similar hot temperature, if they know as least built a mini fan inside like pc or laptop lo...why some modem didnt feel so hot compare to other, because of the cover quality built. it able to resist on heat more than others, zte mf680 know as hot but actually E372 is equally hot too,. ( under both open cover tested by myself ). the higher performances = the more power consume = more heat generate so if need to put fan doesnt mean modem sucks ( similar standard to pc /laptop ) if pc and laptop need fan /water cooling/ thermal plate = meaning it sucks too ? extra power just for that purpose eat space, messy and waste energy after tweakin and done all abve..result still same ![]() |
