If you want to stay in the technical line, then you take a Master in Engineering. Your salary will be different from your current and you may be promoted for a more senior position.
If you want to go to the management side such supervisor or manager of a technical department or beyond that, you should take MBA. I got consider to do my MBA too ...  The Power of Three will set us free. |
