I have to do this:-

Borang Perjanjian hendaklah dimatikan dengan setem hasil bernilai RM10.00 di Pejabat Hasil

So, do I go directly to the Pejabat Hasil (LHDN) and ask them to stamp it (chop it)?

Or do I go to the post office, buy the setem hasil and then go to Pejabat Hasil (LHDN) for them to stamp it (chop it)?

The bolded part. Its just a chop, not a physical stamp like the ones you put on your letters.

Go post ofis la ts. Buy stamp rm10 than bring it to police ask them to chop stampcard. Then bring to lhdn.

I went to bought it at Pos Office & before got it stamped at the LHDN.

Buy 1st more easy. Dun hav to wait long at lhdn.

I went there last week... 10 min finished...

They will close at 3.00pm (last running number), counter close at 3.15pm if not mistaken...

There are two types of setem hasil: setem tertera (aka franking) or setem pelekat which you can buy at post office. Both serve same purpose. Might as well just get the franking one, save the trouble of extra travelling to post office.

It only make sense to buy the setem pelekat if it is for a document that does not require you to go to LHDN to finalize it.

So, if I do the franking one, I just need to queue up only once in the Pejabat Hasil, right? Is there a need to queue up in one counter, then later go another counter?

LHDN @ PJ TRADE CENTER, directly... Not many people... Maybe last week so many people went for holiday...

Go to the Pejabat Hasil, take your number, wait for it to get called, walk over to the counter, get it chopped, pay RM10, walk back to your car.

For PTPTN agreement actually you can either get it stamped yourself or can send setem pelekat and they can stamp for you. But that what I know from years ago, probably they do it differently nowadays. To be on the safe side just get it stamped yourself. (safe the trouble getting the document returned to you).

Well just fill the form, get your number and wait to be called. Normally you will get your documents checked at one counter then you will move to payment counter to pay+get stamped. Same procedure whether you use franking or pelekat.

Btw for franking you need to fill form PDS 1, if setem pelekat = form PDS 2. You can actually download these forms and fill before hand.

I have just taken a look at the form through Google search. It looks very complicated.

So if i have three Perjanjian to get it stamped for RM10 each, does that mean i have to fill in three PDS 1 forms?
