I just had Pattaya fried rice. Well, I know, there's no feeling that can match the sensation of poking the yolk and it flows all over the rice.

Yea, pattaya is soo tasty. I saw this video on youtube and tried it at home. Very simple and tasty, and definitely looks amazing.

Looks nice right? It took me just two tries to make it look almost exactly like that. I used this video for guide.

Best is to use three eggs. Just the right amount of moisture inside and the soft texture outside. If you don't like the taste of butter, you can compensate using vege oil.
