Its only a cheat if they don't deliver on what they promise (The number of quests is highly subjective), if you don't like their payment methods, don't play it.

So, after all that talk about them cheating you, etc.... It all comes down to you being a cheapskate.

Way to go. Maybe you should try this for WoW. I'm sure you'll find many that will "aid" you in your quest.
