I have a Q10II and am experiencing some issues.

I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but i can't use Play Store(cannot communicate) and Hicontrol won't find the device.

They are on the same network, they ping each other but something is wrong. I updated to the latest version(online update) but the problem remain.

Any help?


edit: maybe the solution of the hicontrol is here, but my account never gets verified. Someone here can read the solution?
