dont know why Q5 ii cant play video smoothly. my old player hdx 2000 can play 720p and 1080p flawlessly. I have upgraded to the latest firmware and it is still same. Now how to improve ?

my himedia q5ii is connected to the unifi router. from the router, there is a gigabit connection to my pc server running windows mediaplayer (added to library) i.e. allow device to play my media.

from the Q5ii setup, i switch on LAN and turn off wireless. I can use this LAN to surf internet. however it can not access DLNA. it always display "No DMS found"

when I switch ON wireless, I can access the network folder and play video. why ?
