Massive lag playing EU server

Are you d3 players experiencing this as well? Sometimes the game runs smoothly at around 200ping, and sometimes the game is totally unplayable at around 1500ping. Screen hangs, monster and map dont load anymore, and the character wont move. Is this the server's problem? Or should i get a SEA region of d3? Pretty disappointed.

Nah is fine but just just yesterday having massive lags. There was a server restart and I think should be fine in Sunday onwards.
You in EU as well? Wow that's 3 now.

Im currently logging in to my Account in EU. God the ping is just ridiculous i cant play at all

Talikom broadband have a link problem to over sea especially to US/EU. This happens a few days back.

Yesterday night around 10pm Malaysia time i try to play but still very lag until cannot start a quest. Managed to log in but also take a long time. Hope tonight the latency is better.

Hi u guys still lag? i tried going online using the hotel's internet. Had 1.8k latency.
I think if this goes on, we should open a ticket to blizzard..

Dear all EU comrades, if this afternoon i tried using my company unifi 10MB line and having the same latency, i will immediately log a ticket to Blizzard for the matter. Wasting most of our night time unable to play D3 lately.
Thank you all and shall inform u all again later today.
Added on November 20, 2012, 10:12 amAfter testing from my office, there are still lagging when starting a game. I have filed a ticket to EU support team for the problem. I hope you guys whom are on EU server also do the same if you experiencing the same problem of lagging too.
Thanks and hope Blizzard solve this issue soon.

Yeah I'll file if the latency is still crap when I get back home. Do let's us know what they say. The last time I wrote to them, they told me to improve my latency or switch to US server

huh? if they willing to transfer our character to US server then i think all of us don't mind. What a stupid response to customers.  Added on November 20, 2012, 12:54 pmJust now tested the game with office Unifi Biz10 and still giving latency of 489 msec. Therefore i think the problem is from Unifi. I will call Unifi this evening afterwork and make sure they resolve the problem. Anyone using streamyx has similar issue of lagging too? Thank you.
