Bet you're one of the poor programmers... if he managed to graduate with an IT Degree, he IS an IT graduate... just not that competent in programming, there are many other things he can do with the IT degree...And btw, Computer Science & Software Engineering are the 2 main streams (and some others) of programming degree, don't just call them IT if you don't know the difference
