Bro, have you got it sorted out? I'd recommend you use their online designer tools beforehand. Makes things easier. They have hundreds of customers to entertain, surely won't be able to advise on every little detail.

Once you've done that, it is easier for the staff to spot anything that needs to be changed. Anyway, got mine all settled and now just waiting for the installer to come
