Maybe try re-installing the game. Did you successfully updated to 1.0.5a after 14/11/12 updates? If not, try re-launch the launcher several times for updating.

one more solution delete the folder in c: programdata(hidden file) battle net and bilizzard folder. it should help

you can skip the launcher by using -launch as parameter to run your diablo3.exe

 

Change to:
| Lo-Fi Version
0.0147sec    0.49    5 queries    GZIP Disabled
