Well, i agree but for the price you pay for stability and the quality is really diff. I wonder how is the quality of the rim's from Nissan? Thinking to get Nissan Almera.

E Spec comes with steel rims with cover, while V and VL Spec come with alloy rims. The quality of alloy rims should be good, I guess. But, if you have the budget, you can always find better and lighter rims. biggrin.gif

i can see there is an options of RM 800 to 16 inch tire. Thinking to include it when i book my E Spec.

Had our Almera for 3 months, just finished 2nd round service. So far here are the problems I've encountered (Our Almera is VL spec, no body kit). Hopefully no more problems in the future (Touch wood biggrin.gif)

1. Alignment not balanced, causing steering wheel to shake after 90KPH. Found this out on the 1st day of purchase
2. Bearing problem, had high pitch sound after 70KPH. Was more obvious 2 months after purchase
3. Air Con having a loud sound when activated, loudest especially in the morning after car is warmed up. Apparently is normal because Latio is also using the same Air Con system and also has the same loud sounds. Should be nothing to worry about.

The air-cond of my car also has the loud sound when activated, so I guess it's a normal thing. hmm.gif
The only complaint I have is the over-inflated tires when I received my car. The ride was so bouncy and also unstable when driving above 90km/h. vmad.gif
But now everything is OK.

vios vs almera?

Physicals/characteristics
Almera : spacious, larger leg room, larger boot storage, nice interior built quality, auto climate control (VL), intelligent key (VL), good fuel efficiency, elegant look
Slightly less pickup than vios, odd auto climate control panel design, no usb connectivity for HU, no auto fold side mirrors

Vios : average size, good pickup, good fuel consumption, it's a Toyota, been proven durability
Bad design (IMO), more pricey
