Lol..guys, what's the best route to go weight weenies? Any rule of thumb?

Owh btw I just changed the 23T cassette to 32T, and fine tuned the shifting myself and it was fun playing with the limit screws and barrel adjuster on my own. I should do it myself since the beginning and not letting lbs to have the fun blush.gif

Hello there,

I'm planning to start cycling as a way to lose my weight and increase my fitness level. Running/jogging is a good way to lose weight, but it screw up my knee i'm afraid.

Currently i'm eyeing EMC Etape road bike series but i cannot find any shop around Kuala Lumpur that selling this series. So can any of you help me find the shop that selling this model.

Or perhaps could you recommend any road bike suitable for me.

Budget RM 4K max...prefer shimano 105 but 10 speed tiagra is fine.

I can buy it anytime, it just that i don't think of getting it urgently..scared there'll be very minimal difference with my FR0.

No tubs for sure. I'm a simple guy. Tubs is too complex.

butthead, which one is more dangerous? spoke tension too high or too low?

if the spoke maximum limit is 130kgf, and minimum limit is 110kgf, which one is better? try to get as near as possible to 130kgf, or the middle 120kgf, or get as close as possible to 110kgf?

can't see how deep it is. i suppose it's ok. u just need to find a varnish (nail polish, clear coat spray, etc) to seal it.
