i have been subscribing a digi daily internet plan with the amount payment RM 5 daily which is the 300 mb data limit. the plan was an auto renewal subscription. the digi reply and add note that to unsubscribe just by dialing *116#. BUT THE PROBLEM IS, AFTER DAILING *116# THE UNSUBSCRIBE CHOICE WAS NOT EXIST FROM THE LIST. This made me mad after paying this plan for a week without the necessity to use the internet. hope someone can give any advice. This post has been edited by ATOMICKITTEN93: Nov 16 2012, 08:02 AM

Thats true I also kenak before, few times only found out how to unsubscribe from it very confusing menu but once know, tau sudah and always unsub before 12am u never know when u get stuck in the jam and ended u unsub only after 12am, so the earlier the better i guess
anyway, since now i have streamyx at home, no more using this on phone
