i have been subscribing a digi daily internet plan with the amount payment RM 5 daily which is the 300 mb data limit. the plan was an auto renewal subscription. the digi reply and add note that to unsubscribe just by dialing *116#.
BUT THE PROBLEM IS, AFTER DAILING *116# THE UNSUBSCRIBE CHOICE WAS NOT EXIST FROM THE LIST.
This made me mad after paying this plan for a week without the necessity to use the internet.
hope someone can give any advice.
