No la, some would settle down with a cheap LOD/IC and some would prefer to use no less than Rm300 IC. Whatever that is, the question remains, can you hear the difference yourself? If you can't, then the basic one (well shielded cable) will do.

Me personally prefer (if got money) change headphones because I can notice the sound differences more clearly than cables/amp/dac. Not to say there's no difference, but the impact of good headphones on me is too hard to resist
