Anyone successful open saving account? I've been trying everyday for a week, still not able to open the account.

Hi, because of housing loan, i need to open a saving account with Ambank, as i'm currently not in malaysia and planning back to malaysia only next year. They are suggesting me open saving account through their apps, but here come the problem, after i tried many times and with different phones, i'm stuck after scanning the IC, its just load white page. Even i reinstall, clear cache, still the same. Anyone have any idea how can i open saving account without physically go to the branch. This is quite urgent.

* i tried call customer service but end up they asking me visit to the branch, but im not convenient to travel to malaysia and then travel out of malaysia at this moment

only Ambank, the housing loan with ambank is almost 90% completed, and they last minutes told me need to open an saving account

i've been doing registration every day since last month. With different phone as well but not able to success. Always shown white screen/page after scanned IC.
