Trying to open UOB One Account via UOB Mighty App. Is it compulsory to get UOB Debit Card which I don't require at the moment?

I applied and didn't get the debit card. I searched in Facebook and found an referral id back in Nov21 (without debit card): "JMC_50135_DMC ISSUED". If with debit card would be "JMC_50135". You can try it up.
