Bank Islam (Be-U app) - but debit card not yet launched. No need go bank.

Hong Leong (apply@HLB app) - got debit card. No need go bank.

There may be other banks, but these 2 is the only one I know.


Other than that 2.. these ones below I'm not so sure..

CIMB.. but might have to walk-in to collect debit card.

MBB.. you can open another account online if you already have an account.

RHB.. also can open online but high deposit.

AmBank online account opening is only available for existing users..

I will check affin aladdin.. last time went branch to open account just to park saving they said compulsory to give letter from employer

GX is digital bank, might not be suitable because account need to be activated with deposit from other bank account of same owner

This has been around for more than a year

They got debit card also, can choose which style you want

Everything is smooth and very simple app

I kept it as alternative to tng ewallet last time when they launched, but decided later on decided to go with a conventional alternative.

Last time from my experience, the transactions that's pending for confirmation or settlement just doesn't show up. Now they say everything will sync, but I'm yet to try.

Another thing that bothered me, when I do duitnow transfer I have to enter some codes.. so if paying by account number, it's quite hassle compared to local bank apps when they just show you approve or disapprove secure tac thing.
