Maybank Etiqa quote me RM1474.85.
MYEG quote me RM1560.

Both with roadtax.
Both have sum insured of RM62000.

Tomorrow I call Kurnia see got cheaper or not.
But ppl said Kurnia claim very lan tiew wor.

No need, I just called them and they gave me a quotation immediately. Then again, my insurance was previously under them so maybe that's why its easier.

I guess if its that much of a hassle to get a quotation from them, then might as well go for Etiqa. No point going the extra arm and leg if the difference is not that much. Later the Trouble + Hassle + Parking + Frustrations > the little extra money you save.

I have bad experience with Kurnia, when you want to claim, you will have problem.

try zurich lo...they quote me 60k for car insure value for 2011 nov (jun make) car..
and no excess loading watever charge..
the counter teller even told me no nd insure windscreen..break liao only insure..

Car insurance got cover flood. That will be under optional coverage. U need to pay additional 0.5% of sum insured. U can oso buy car insurance for Strike, riot & civil commotion for additional 0.3% of sum insured.

Sure got la... Maybe they put different name. Maybe natural disaster? I not sure oso.
