However, some recommend me the mod version and some ask me to buy the non mod. Can PS3 user explain to me more detail. Thing that bugged me the most is modded PS3 can't play latest game. Well, I know modded console only support older firmware. And due to older firmware, thus modded console only support old game. Is this true? And can PS3 user here share with me some of the detail. Thanks a lot guys...

its funny tat psp custom firmware can be discuss here but not ps3 cfw, its just plain stupid...

i got 2 ps3 , 1 is for original & 1 is cfw. I'm interested in learning cfw myself. my current cfw is rogero 4.30 which i updated myself & can play the newest games -YES NEWEST+DLC+PSN, just google it follow the steps but i've to warn u quite some people brick their consoles. not sure the market got the latest cfw ps3 for sale rite now but i think it'll be available pretty soon. if u'r interested in cfw ps3 it's beter for u to wait just a little longer. cfw 4.3 just out not long ago. cfw will sure take time to came out just like psp cfw, in the mean time of waiting thr'll probably be patch (eboot for ps3) to play new games.

Original PS3 can play on9 while modded ps3 cant - can but not safe & better dont.

One question,where are you staying currently?
If Subang,you can go to SS15. The shop name is Heavy Gamers Enterprise or something
If PJ,you can either visit eCurve, Tropicana Mall or 1Utama(Old Wing) and find a game shop called Gamer's Hideout.

Those 2 shops that I know sells real quality things. Just don't go visit some game store that sells those cheap things if you know what I mean.

If you visit those 2 shops, you need no ask for the confirmation. Just ask,"This isn't modded,right?"
