I'm going to start gym this Sat.
Literally my first time of voluntarily wanting to work out and bulk out.
Does anyone have any experience or any LYN members with a loose heart valve?
It's not life threatening but I'm not suppose to do heavy exercises that will need me to breath harder.
So things like swimming, heavy weights
From what I've read, I can do cardio, but also curious to know what other I can do to build strength.
Want to lose the gut in my stomach and gain some muscles.
What's the workout regime I should adopt?
