Hi,

Noob question blush.gif,

I have Titanium Backup Pro version and did a backup user apps + system data. I am going to do a full wipe and upgrade to Omega V33 JB 4.1.2. Can I do a restore of user apps + system data. Still blur after reading here and there.

it is better to fresh install apps as it might conflict because you are changing ROM.

however, backup your sms and whatsapp folder. to your desktop.
and backup other necessary files..

Read one more time and then saw that it is recommended to Restore missing apps + system data smile.gif for phone/ROM upgrade. smile.gif now I am waiting for the download to complete smile.gif.

and always backup with CWM one more time just incase smile.gif

don't border to flash the leaked rom smile.gif downloaded about 10% until i read some issue with it, for e.g. GPS, toogle lag blablabla....

due to minor features in 4.1.2, i can wait for a month (or more) for a stable release.

Yup forget about the 4.1.2, I was on Omega V33.1 driving yesterday back hometown the GPS keep loosing signal. I pull to the side, Nandroid restore back to V32.1 which is 4.1.1 then GPS rock solid no drop. Was using AES dectector and Waze together. smile.gif

It has solved the GPS issue.

Using torrent to download is very much faster.  Takes about 20 minutes to download at most.

R you sure Omega V33.2 already solve the GPS issue, it was mention on XDA thread that GPS is not solve.

Can you confirm.

Yes, please try using it longer...
Coz, I've seen people saying they tend to lose signal after 70 minutes of using the GPS...

It still working for 30 to 40 min. That is my longest drive for now, FYI I follow the disable location services by Wifi/3G as recommended by someone in XDA not sure which post. No drop and GPS is rock solid.
