I have 3 noob questions.. Thanks for your patience..

1) How to have a "mirror" picture when we snap picture via the front camera?
Eg, we facing left on the phone's screen, pic turn up to be facing right..

2) The alarm won't ring if we off the phone.

3) Is charging phone while it's switched on @ over charged battery reduces battery's life span?
