Yup, my own careless. The cracked is too big, I dont have any idea how to create 'story' to claim warranty.

yes the one along federal highway. from my experience, i think their service is good. i have been there a few times. they normally change the screens on the spot for me, so i collect my device on the same day. go there earlier and tell them u need the phone on the same day, they will fix it for u. good luck

restarting the phone won't help?
don't always clean RAM. it is not good for the device. restart the phone is better

can u make a screen shot of the ABOUT phone and see. S3 has chinese input. no matter which ROM u are using
