To all music lovers AC!D has released new version. Have a look here:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.p...822&postcount=1

Blend in very well with Siyah kernel and the quality of the output has raised above the bar.

Forget about voodoo. I don't think it will be better than this for S3.

later give it a try

I hope you notice the message shows out of coverage area. This happens intermittently, not always. After a while the signal comes back to normal. This is the problem.

its true! i also had this problem last night. charging from 6pm until 6am to get full 100% charge. what the heck. Strange though as many of us experience this problem almost at the same time.

I have read around internet i found that this is probably due to jelly bean upgrade (never had this problem in ICS). Some even log the case to android developer as bugs, but android team points it to Samsung as its their phone software. I called Samsung service centre and they suspect its the charger/USB cable/phone USB port faulty. But i still think its software issue because my S3 is just less a month old.
This is what i found, please update if any of you found a fix to this. Thanks.

What are the reason the Galaxy S3 battery takes too long to charge?

The following reasons why this happen are not applicable to all users but they have seemed to be the reason in most cases.

•It is said that if you don’t update your phone with 100% battery and you update it with little battery, then the phone remembers that as being fully charged at a lower percentage. This is what some experts say, but it may not be 100% true.
•Also, another bug in the Jelly Bean software is that it doesn’t recognize the charger as being an AC charger but as being an USB charger because of the two piece charge formed by the USB cable and the AC adapter.
•There is a bug in the Jelly Bean software

•SOLUTIONS: You need to use a charger formed of only one piece, not the USB + adapter charger. Also use only Samsung chargers. If you have a Galaxy S2 charger you can try that one.
•Do a complete re calibration of the battery. This means drain the battery completely to 0% and then charge it overnight with the phone turned off. Do this 2 times.
•This problem may not be a permanent one and sometimes after charging the Galaxy S3 a few times it optimizes itself and re calibrates the battery to normal. So try a few charges before thinking this is a permanent issue.
•Another solution is to install CWM Recovery and go to ‘advanced’ > ‘wipe battery stats’.
If none of these solutions work for you you should try to use other batteries to see if they act the same. This will tell you if the problem is with the phone or with the battery. If it’s indeed the battery then you should consider replacing it or switching it at warranty.

Download the latest version 5 (suggest to use aroma version) which are not buggy and use cwm to flash it. During flashing make sure you select those related to S3 (Samsung).

Once you have successfully installed, there is an apps name "noozxoidelabs", launch it to configure the "Line-Out Audio Monitor".

Go to system settings>sound>music effect>, you will see Music Fx, Noozxoidelabs, and probably DSP Manager. Select Noozxoidelabs.

This mod works very well with Poweramp and Playerpro. I am using Playerpro though I also have Poweramp as I find Playerpro blend very well with the iem I owned.

If I am not mistaken, if you use Poweramp you have to un-tick DAC in the option.

If you are not using Siyah kernel, play with the equalizer settings in the Poweramp/Playpro.

For my case I set the equalizer in Playerpro to flat and only played with the internal hardware equalizer using apps STweak which allows me to do so as I am using Siyah kernel.

One has to recognize that you can only hear and enjoy the good sounding if you are using a very good headphone/iem. Those average iem might not be so effective.

Still haven't sent ur phone for repair ?? If ur worried that they might deny u warranty because of ur back cover.. just remove the back cover when showing them the phone as when SC takes in ur phone for repair, they don't take the back cover. As for my case, only the phone n battery was taken in by SC.

I for one can confirm ur problem is same as mine. Eg: when making a call, don't hear the receivers voice n the receiver does not hear mine.. After a few attempts, is shows out of service area. And sure enough, it happens intermittently but recently it became quite frequent.

Just send ur phone to SC.

have you check with Telco ? or sim card problem ? if telco and sim card ok then most probably Sim card slot problem. FYI sim card slot and SD card slot is one piece ICB (integrated circuit board) biggrin.gif

I'm facing the same problem you have mentioned. Sent the phone to the PJ SC yesterday. They took the phone only. Have the problem on your phone resolved? Btw, do you know what actually causing that problem?

I dont think its telco problem. I have called them to check and seems to be no issue. Since I already sent the phone to samsung SC, lets wait n see what the experts have to say..
