hey guys, i'm new here. i think my S3 got a huge problem..

it happen when i installed the bloody Chainfire3D thing and then when i wanted to install the driver i pressed reboot. and now my phone got stuck at the Holo boot screen and wont move..

any solution..?? i can't use my phone at all... i havent try flashing custom rom yet.. and my internet is so bloody slow.. i'm about to throw my s3 to the ground d. been finding ways since 10pm till now.

i think leaked 4.1.2 doesnt  come with new modem package... u can check ur modem by typing *#1234# .. what the value for CP..

u can change CSC to XME by using *#272*IMEI# provided that leaked rom come with multiCSC (xme included).. warning though.. this operation will restore ur phone to factory default  without warning

Hey I receive an update last week from Samsung itself.. and after the update I can not use the camera.. help!! Camera unable to take picture.. and after a while I open it is forced close.[attachmentid=3171892]

I tried factory reset.. still nothing.. I can refresh the Rom? It's just an update from Samsung

But my phone has not rooted.. is possible I can use Odin?

Thanks so much for the assistance. If i'm not wrong, i think i know where you are coming from.
If i put my contact entries on my gmail contact list on my phone, then yes it will appear in cloud on my gmail.
But because in this S3, there are several contact list that you can use as your phone's contact list.
So for example, if i open my contacts>menu>contacts to display,
I have -All contacts, Phone, Sim, Whatsapp,Hotmail, Gmail, etc.
When i want to save a contact number, i have an option to save it under Phone, Sim, Hotmail, Gmail.
So if i save it in 'Phone', then it doesnt appear on my Gmail. If i save it under Gmail, then it doesnt appear on 'Phone'

I'm not sure how you guys manages your contact list but i find this very annoying. The only way i can think of to backup or 'sync' between Phone list and Gmail list is to export my phone list periodically and import it back to Gmail every now and then.

since the day i had my smartphone 2 years ago till now i been saving my contacts as google contact. in fact its the default and i never knew i could change it until now. so without thinking, my contacts always saves as google contact, which syncs to the cloud. there is nothing on my phone, sim or samsung account. i have more than 1300 contacts now. even contacts i never knew i had i surprisingly can recall them.

i am unsure what problem u are facing.
