Where is this cose?
Any difference after flashing?

I complained about the occasional engine jerking/vibrate while idling issue and SA informed during car inspection will check the spark plugs, etc and then check ECU. When doing payment SA explained my ECU was using the old v33 and now flashed to the new v38 firmware. Didn't have time to ask for *changelog*, car sent 9.30am, finished @ 6++pm yawn.gif

Felt the normal fresh ecu which has not learned my driving style yet yawn.gif

CVT don't know sweat.gif

For the "sengguk2" problem, try going to SC to check your ECU...see whether got new firmware version or not... I just updated mine from v33 to v38 icon_rolleyes.gif

about the ECU flash,
got charge on this? how long it takes to flash? what is ur car manufacture date?
mine is Jan12.
sorry for so many question..
*
My ECU flashed twice already, both times at COE and no charge due to complaint regarding engine idling problems. Flashing shouldn't take very long. My car manufactured Q3 2011. Registered Q4 2011.

I went to Authorised SC before but apparently they don't have the equipment to flash. Since then, for warranty claims and complaints I always go to COE. Normal servicing only go to Authorised SC.

hi all, maybe im late on the news, dunno whether u already noted coz this saga thread is really fast n furious, just sharing a bit info. Ecu n tcu reflash for iafm+ for flx n flx se is available now, but not sure whether all already has that. For the moment i heard only branch sc has it,whether prtn@eon. If u updated the ecu n tcu, do share ur review. Bye.

Hi, thanks for the news notworthy.gif

I've already flashed my ECU to v38 during 5th service @ CoSE. So far, engine idling issue seems fixed but probably just placebo effect due to engine oil change. Will do more *extensive* test drive soon icon_rolleyes.gif

I think you should watch that episode again.

Mythbuster busted all types of paint sprays & reflection plates. For the plate changing device, even though it's captured by camera, its capturing a false plate.

Btw, your roadtax can still be seen by AES laugh.gif ......kot hmm.gif
