Axymax, here's some scenario for you to consider:

1) You like to drive stick, bcoz u like to shift. Be it traffic jam orhigh way cruising, u just like to keep changing gear playing with your clutch "bem bem" other road user. Yes, please choose manual.

2) You don't like stick, but you drive manual bcoz no choice. You concluded all auto car has an average higher fuel consumption. Everytime traffic jam, u look at the auto car infront u envy them, how I wish I no need to step on my clutch. Well, its about time to go for manual.

If you're 2nd type, you need to read this. AUTO in FLX means CVT. Fuel consumption similar to manual. Imagine the car is a Scooter, 1 gear from 0-180kmh. You don't have shift shock like ordinary auto car. You don't feel gear change. I was the 1 who bought a stick and now too late to regret. Good luck.

Ah hia, be it MT or CVT, it would be the same. That's the character of our GaGa. The huge ass catcon is the culprit coz it blocked the exhaust flow for environment friendly.

If you wanna do the earth favor(for not modding your extractor), try to practice SAT mode for over taking. I'm a manual geek for my whole life, but am butt hurting for not getting a CVT after test drive several CVT 1.3 & 1.6SE

I've seen him double clutch from 2nd gear to 1st gear whilst we're cruising 10kmh His father ask him drive Elantra, he go & komplen left foot & left hand too free nothing to do So I guess, the best way to fit him in an auto car would be getting him to slot into N then "bem bem", slot back to L, slam on gas pedal then left foot braking at corner, that will keep him busy Tonight u go ask him by yourself la.

Before u change bat3, peel off the ramcar sticker. Open those caps & check water level. According to coolkwc, these are wet bat3. If water level low can see nickel plate ady, faster go buy bat3 water & soak 9 it. Close back the cap, seal the caps back with sticker. If not sticky anymore, get masking tape to tape 9 it. By right, it will fully restore charge. Coolkwc bat3 ady 3 years still going strong

If really hopeless everyday also jump start, then its time to change bat3 liao. Normal wet bat3 RM160. Maintenance free wet bat3 RM200. Maintenance free dry powdered bat3 RM250 & above. If got time come to Jalan Ipoh, got a super Century reseller that supply taxi taiko. Price very reasonable, sumore he trade your old bat3 veli hai price.

Its an external throttle signal modifier. Most of these ETC connect to OBD2 port. It helps to increase/decrease throttle body movement by modifying the solenoid signal. It does not directly affect your horse power/torque output, but it helps people to lighten their gas pedal if tune to passive mode. It also helps people to step more on the throttle when it was tuned to aggressive mode. Some earlier model of ETC need to directly rip open the gas pedal sensor and disturb signal there, and the look is more or less like your mother's kitchen gas stove. Anyway, this 1 look so damn bling², I guess it should work with OBD2 gua.

Outside workshop do sure cheaper than Plotong, but rest assured they wouldn't use original parts. Besides, I hope you understand the terms and condition in warranty also include THE CAR AND PARTS MUST BE ON FACTORY SETUP. Therefore, even if SC found you change 1 plastic clip inside your bumper, they can void your warranty. So, you think carefully 1st, or better go back authorized Plotong SC to repair the car.

I have not service in Plotong, besides the only 1 time with COSE do oil change with a 16 years old car. Kenji may suggest you goodings. Me no warranty, so I did all my services bawah pokok. Paint job and bodyworks mostly DIY.

stroker kit conversion is definitely cheaper than spending so much on open pork la, fire shiete lar, voltage shiete lar, so as many other thing to add on. However, things you should also consider AFTER stroker kit, or you're creating a black hole to suck your wallet dry:

1) Stroker kit conversion result in high compression. You may need to consider change to thicker gasket.
2) From 1.3 to 1.6, your injector is spraying 1.3
3) your ECU is controlling 1.3
4) your ignition coil sending 1.3 power
5) your sprak plug igniting 1.3

Over the long run, if you drive your 1.3 converted 1.6 GaGa sprint around like a taxi BLM, you're going to burn your head gasket, scratch your crankshaft, bore your piston ring, bore your block, melt piston due to lean burning. No doubt, by doing stroker kit alone can have instant power upgrade, but it came with a great price to pay AFTER the conversion.

To cover all the above problem, you need to spend atleast RM5000. I would have gone for turbo kit or change engine to 3S-GTE
