I get what you mean. So, the cable resistance is more important. And I believe magician does not trust those RM5/set grounding kit lar.

I get the star topology thing when I study networking. And the ring topology/bus can cause catastrophic ground loss if something in a way laugh.gif thanks for taking time to do the drawing wub.gif

I probably will not put erictioh into the cabin and try the cabin light la. Those LEDs already burnt a few, its blinking like mad now doh.gif

Conclusion?
A simple guideline in GC application is 2give each & every circuit (if possible) a clear R=0 path directly back to -ve terminal of Batt3... icon_rolleyes.gif
To accomplish that, use of good Q highly conductive cables of appropriate thickness that can provide that R=0 path wld b BEST! rclxm9.gif

Bought a new Yuasa batt3 (NS60) from the shop in front my house, connected, crank...

The crank is like in slow motion, can't start at all...check the voltage during crank, not lower than 11v at all.
Push down from my house and attempt to jump start, started but after that dead again.

Ask the shop jump start using cable, same, slow motion...WTF...now the car just park at road side on another street.

Wuek... Bin Bin Bin Bin(car horn alarm) = Bateri weak
...............................(no sound no light no nothing) = Bateri kong, you probably left the headlamp on overnight

You can even start a car without engine oil rolleyes.gif Keep cranking lar tomorrow, good things will happen. Try not to step on the gas pedal yo. Remember to fiddle with the gear lever. Or you can wait until Plotong iDunCare cum and do the same thing for you geh. As long not timing belt putus, you're safe to crank until the bateri drain whistling.gif

hmm.gif If crank slow meaning no petrol wor. Can you twist your key and pay more attention to your fuel pump "TEEEE" sound when turn on ACC? hmm.gif

Few of the things I suspect:
1) Fuel filter too dirty, someone pee inside your tank
2) Fuel pump jam 9 jor, someone shiete inside your tank
3) Fuel regulator jam 9 jor, dirty air goes inside, jammed your actuator
4) Could be vacuum leak, since you able to start but later died.

For item 4, Can begin to check with your fuel regulator 1st, see whether vacuum gauge got disconnect or not. This is as far I will check on the car. Otherwise will send to magician liao. Good luck friend smile.gif

YAB, got TEEEE sound, so the fuel pump is working i think.

1. Fuel filter just changed and <10k.
2. Got TEEEE when turn on ACC.
3. This one really no idea.
4. Hmm, probably.

OK, tmr morning i will check item no.4 if my car is still there. Thanks bro sad.gif

Fuel regulator. You couldn't check its condition unless you detach it from the fuel rail, but I assume this is 1 very long lasting whore. You can fu&#k it upside down without worry too much for many-many years. Normally it rosak also because of dirty fuel or magician accidentally screwed it up when servicing fuel injection system.

There's an air inlet at the back of that thing, check whether its disconnected. Lucky us in BLM, there's only few vacuum running in the engine. From that fuel regulator to brake master cylinder, from brake master cylinder to PCV, all these are on the left side of the engine. The rest of the vacuum will not affect engine idling.

If it's not physical damage to any part of the engine, then no problem. If starter rosak, that's a small price to pay, got recon sumore. Let's hope not anything touches the IAFM sleep.gif

Now the starter is running slow, it won't stop as long as i crank and hold the key. So i assume is not the battery problem anymore.

About the fuel regulator thingy, ya, that one should be long lasting, and no ppl touch this part before. Before that all services are just changing engine oil, change plug, thats all, nv service those injector, brake cylinder and regulator at all.

IAFM i think won't cause this thing. I rather hope not anything about fuel pump. doh.gif
