I wanna have LED lights that'll react to sound when I play music and I'd like it if they were powered by the PC instead of having a separate power source for them. Does anybody here know how to make them?

I'm using a pair of 2.1 Edifier speakers, i'd like 1 or 2 LEDs on top of both left and right speakers, a strip of LED on the back of my 23 inch monitor, and a pulsating ring on my Sub.

Could someone list down what I would need and how to set it up? Google hasn't been all that helpful..

What you need is basically a VU meter, same principle used for this:

In fact if you know basic electronics, building a DIY kit is simple, you can use your PC internal power supply for this.
