Backups !! I like to try for back ups.

Oh and i will be online on the 20th Dec, due to my work of course.. that's why its better to be the back up.

When people starts leaving team, meaning there is something wrong. From what i can see .. it should be a problem at an individual skill.

Lose once, it don't matter .. Can train more. But lose twice or trice. It shows weakness and no determination. Some people prefer to play seriously even its just a random team or pubs.
From the comment you made after LOF lose was " just a head up. it doesnt matter win or lose." This comment are not acceptable for people who wants to win only and a serious player at that.
Looking at Dotabuff, people that leaves LOF have game play above 500. Seems to me they are serious in playing and dislike losing. I also dislike losing since i have limited time on the land, winning is what i want in a team and as individual. But since i cant be on a team because of work issue, i will play in any random team.
Suggest you and your teammate start pushing hard and play more as team and upgrade each individual skill or the LoF will easily be trample by random last minute team. Do play more than 5 times perday and 15 times on weekends.
