1. install wb by clicking install.
2. after u finish install it and restart ur pc, open wb control panel then click skin > add skin > browse to where u put the milkpink theme then apply. Freak` |

i believe to change the icon on the taskbar.. u need to change it manually.. maybe download the .ico or png file and then change it manually by right click,properties.change icon?
