friday i hear 1 forumer said it does not built-in wireless receiver.
found on technical specification it show (Market dependent).

i think return policy should be if seller mistake (information that can cause buyer cannot use the item), seller need to return and cover all return cost.

Please note, i already make double confirm to you about this if this charger can use on S4.. and you say can.. you answer me without test your item on S4. its your mistake.
