Not sure if anyone reported this but I would like to share for the Citibank Premiermiles Amex Plaza Premium Lounge Access in particular Shanghai, Penang and Kota Kinabalu it is only limited to international departure. No access to domestic plaza premium lounge.

I wished citibank would have be clearer on this in their advertisements.
