I just applied for my very first citi clear card. I have to sign up for a supplementary air asia card as well due to the luggage bag gift. I will cancel the supplementary card after six months. There won't be any extra charges right?
As for my clear card, the first year annual charge will be waived, meaning I'll be charges Rm50 the following year. Will there be any other charges such as service tax other than the Rm50?
Is there such rule that one person can only hold 2 cc at once?

Supp. Card are You Sure about it ....??? I think You have apply 2 Different type of CC (Clear Card  & Air Asia) at Same Time... sweat.gif
I think You have been Confused with Its....You kena Pay both Cards GST ($50x2) for the 1st Year... hmm.gif

Supplementary card like a Add-on card. It is a privilege offered to the spouse, parents or children of the Primary credit card holder &
All expenses incurred on an add-on card are billed to the primary cardholder. As Supp. Cardholder can Enjoy Same Privilege (becoz with the Same Card Type) as Principal Card Holder & is Only You the Primary Card holder that can Apply it for Own Family Member...nod.gif

yeah, I applied to 2 different type of CC. Sorry that I used the term supp card wrongly.
As for the GST ($50x2) for the 1st year, the agent told me that it will be waived for the first year. As long as I swipe each card a minimum of three times in 3 months time.

When u make online payment, don't they need to ask for your TAC number before paying? Why Citibank doesn't requires that?

When Login to Your Own Account there will  be OTP (One Time Password) SMS Sent to Your Registered Mobile Phone No.
Use the OTP to Enter You Account or Doing Online Payment... nod.gif

I just received my card, thus I don't have the ATM Pin needed to register for my online banking. Therefore, when I called up my agent regarding the online payment, he said that only CVV2 number is needed to do online payment hence there's no need for TAC(or OTP).
I've requested for the ATM pin and the CS said that it will need 5 to 7 days to reach me.

Guys, I have some questions.
1 ) If I purchase a product with 36 months 0% instalment payment with my credit card and I want to cancel the credit card after 12 months, can I do so? what will be the consequences?
2 ) My agent just told me that my Citi's Clear card annual fees(after the first year) would be RM80. However, it can be waived if I give a call to their customer service. Is that true?

Guys,
I need some assurance on the credit shield premier. My agent told me that it will be free for the first 4 month and charged on my outstanding balance. I received my first statement last month and I settled the outstanding amount immediately.(The credit shield premier at that time was RM0.00) Now when I received my second month statement, I am charged RM5.55 for the credit shield premier. Why is that so? When I asked my agent, he told me he will follow up for me when he is back from his holiday next week and told me that it will be rebate back.
