would like to know about citibank cc autobilling..
already subscribed to auto billing for my maxis line to one of my ct cc. the bill is already appeared on maxis online portal, for about 2 weeks, but the auto billing is not yet appear on my "unbilled transaction" at the citibank online portal... anyone know how should be the flow...? thanks... |

inboxed them in the online portal and ask for the eligibility on the AF waiver, one staff replied no.
called them this morning, and the contact centre person told me that the AF waiver is available for me. who should I believe now? :/ Am thinking should i retain this clear card? the benefit is not as good as before anymore... |
