Normally is 6 months only can be re-apply.

However, I have exp this before as I apply a bank of credit card but get rejected at first, 2 or 3 weeks after, I try to re-apply, I tot the bank wont approval anymore since I just got rejected, just try and see, but the bank has approve my cc application. 

Not sure what is the policy of the bank.

It all depends as to whether you filled up the forms yourself or did you allow the agents to do most of the filling up by the agent ?
If the latter, this is the consequences of allowing agents to fill up sections of the forms without supervision. The damage could have been worst. If you felt this should not have happened, then you consider lodging a complaint so that such things are not repeated ever.
