today i shoot the citibank cs 99 regarding the 10% bill rebate promotion (last nov). I was told that i was not successful to get the rebate even i did the transaction at 12.05am on monday. I requested the bank to disclose the selection list but they refused
I hold their plat card >10yrs and I felt cheated by the bank becoz of this small rebate this time. |
