Hi guys, I bought a smartphone last week on my Clear card and am currently trying to turn in into installments before my due date on Jan 2. However I keep getting this error message below.

"We are unable to process your request at the moment. If you continue to encounter this problem, please call our 24-Hour Citiphone Banking at 03-2383 0000 for assistance."

Called Citiphone on the 26th and they said they will look into it and give me a reply within 3 working days. In the meantime anybody know what's wrong with it?

Quoting myself since the issue got resolved. I found out that converting purchases into Flexi payment requires you to CALL Citiphone. Apparently you can't do it online even though their website says it's one of their options. A minor inconvenience I guess.

Just received SMS regarding this cashback promo: https://www.citibank.com.my/english/promo/c...lear/index.html

Already have existing autodebit with Astro. But just in case they don't consider autodebit as part of their cashback exercise, I paid upfront (few days before autodebit) and added TNB and Maxis. Hope to get the RM30 cashback as stated or else I'm gonna migrate to other cards. :S

wta, saw a Cr of RM50 with title "cardwide fulfillment". Is this rebate or cash back?  hmm.gif

I'm assuming you just got the card for a month and swiped 3 times or more right? If that's so I think the credit is to offset the 1st year GST. Most banks have promotions like that. smile.gif

Meanwhile anybody got the online bill payment cashback yet? It's been a month since I made 3 online bill payments totalling more than RM 300 with my Clear card. Want to kacau them already.

10,000 points can redeem RM50 card GST so should be worth RM50.

I just redeemed 10,000 points for my 2nd year GST. Just curious to know how long would it take for them to reflect the RM50 credit in my Citibank online statement?
