how to redeem the cashback? Is not like OCBC or Std Chart which will deduct cash back automatically..

i able to see the posting date in my online statement on 20 april 2013. Do i entitle for the 30% cash back promotion. The date above is the 1stday of the second week promotion period, i make the transaction done before 11am. There only have posting date but no time showing, how there say 1st come 1st serve leh? base on date only? tq for the reply in advance coz i am 1st time participate in this promotion.

I have 1 question. Lets say I accumulate enough of RM 500 (all food+grocery+petrol) already by Saturday. And I swipe another food transaction on Wednesday.

Do they take Saturday date or Wednesday date?

How can we assure our self we can get this citibank cash back 30%? If every week spend 501 bucks on this 3 categories, and end up dont get it, it will be very rugi due to we don't use titanium and mbb amex.

I try to whack the card by noon or latest by 3pm saturday to complete the RM500, normally RM501 bucks. But I still feel I may get zero after 10 weeks of spend of RM500.
RM5000*6.2% = RM310  (titanium + amex average is 6.2% = (5 + 7.5) / 2 )

either get RM150 x 10 = RM1500
or
get to pay extra RM310

Btw, is Mymydin eligible or not as grocery? in the TnC, it stated Mydin only but not mymydin or mymart.

this cash rebate claimed to be credit 6-8 weeks after every week cycle and not need to wait whole campaign finish
the campaign no finish lor.
The cash rebate only credit 6-8 weeks after this campaign finished on 31 May 2013

hi noob question here, first time having credit card, im using citibank, and can I just pay monthly minimum payment which is on my statement? will citibank charge me for not paying off my debt 100%?

so how much should I pay in order to avoid the 18%? pay all? or pay more than the minimum amount will do?

why the petrol cashback for citibank is not automatically credited from statement balance like ocbc or uob card? how do i use the cashback that i earned?
